Responsibilities

  • Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
  • Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff
  • Share knowledge of all the programs and events we offer
  • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
  • Assist the Gym Director by studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators
  • Answer phone calls, texts, emails, Instaply, voicemail, and walk in inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly

Requirements

  • You love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child
  • You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good
  • Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too
  • You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work

Qualifications

  • You love to teach and have a passion for working with children
  • A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful
  • Professionalism and communication skills are essential
