About the role

The Regional Program Coordinator supports the implementation of the TSTT program within an assigned region. This position coordinates student recruitment, program activities, workshops, stakeholder engagement, and participant tracking to ensure successful program outcomes. The coordinator serves as the primary liaison among students, school districts, colleges/universities, and TSTT headquarters. Reports to the Program Director and is based in an assigned regional location.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and engaging school districts, colleges, and universities to participate in the program.
  • Coordinate student recruitment, selection, enrollment, and retention activities.
  • Schedule and facilitate TSTT workshops, training sessions, and special events.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to student participants.
  • Maintain accurate student records and tracking systems.
  • Collect, analyze, and report student and program data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Represent TSTT at career fairs, workshops, conferences, and community events.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with educational and community stakeholders.
  • Support program compliance, documentation, and administrative functions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in program coordination, youth development, education, counseling, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Additional: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with data tracking, reporting, and record management.
  • Strong problem-solving, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Working knowledge of educational environments and program administration.

Pay

Salary: $58.00 - $65.00 Hourly

Work Location & Travel

Based within the assigned region. Regular regional travel and occasional travel for meetings, conferences, and program events are required.
