About the role
Join our dynamic team of event professionals! We are seeking an experienced Event Producer to lead the planning and execution of large-scale public events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and attendee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to event operations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate event outcomes and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in event production, preferably in large-scale public events.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders including clients, vendors, and attendees.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event production.
- Ability to travel as needed to support events across various locations.

Pay
