Regional Practice Leader - Watersheds & Stormwater

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships to drive business growth
• Lead business development efforts to capture services such as stormwater improvements, green infrastructure, flood mitigation, erosion and sediment control, and regulatory compliance
• Leverage innovative technologies and approaches to deliver value to clients
• Act as Project Manager for various water resources projects including planning and design of stormwater systems, green infrastructure, and flood mitigation
• Develop and execute planning and water resource projects
• Apply advanced watershed and receiving stream H&H and water quality models
• Create stormwater master plans and watershed management plans
• Support scenario planning efforts for SSO, stormwater, and TMDL compliance projects

Qualifications

• 15+ years of water resources planning and design experience
• Experience with regulatory requirements and procedures
• Proficiency with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, EPA/XP-SWMM, InfoWorks, EFDC, CFD, and ArcGIS
• Drive client-facing/business development efforts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience
• Active engineering registration or licensure in relevant countries
