In collaboration with the Head of North America Market Supply Chain (NAMSC), the role drives the full North America Market Supply organization forward relating to performance across its teams and projects. It is a strategic role that acts as the primary point of connection with global teams, particularly for ad hoc and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead key cross-functional programs that are important and highly visible at senior levels, including preparation for and participation in Global Business Reviews.
• Look across all areas of Market Supply-Demand Planning, Regional Logistics, Transportation, Customer Engagement, Customer Fulfillment, Finance & Budget Planning, Compliance, Internal Controls (audit preparedness and adherence), and Strategic Planning & priority setting and act as the "glue" that builds, connects, and operationalizes KPIs to deliver on our performance commitments.
• Forward-looking, connect dots across transformation initiatives, including North America network design, DSCSA (serialization), NDC related changes, and other advancements requiring strong analytical rigor and strategic thinking.
