Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan for the region to retain current and/or obtain new OTR business
- Possess and prospect for potential new OTR customers
- Design and present proposals that align with customer needs and budget
- Aid in the onboarding of new clients and management of customer accounts
- Manage and execute client account analysis, preparation, and communication of client proposals/quotes, additional reporting requirements, and/or special client projects
- Assist region Branch locations with any warehouse and service needs, as they arise
- Lead in implementation of customer programs at region level
- Facilitate communication with Branch Managers and OTR Branch staff
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience (commercial tire industry strongly preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in the OTR industry
- Proven track record of new account development and strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Word/Excel
- Leadership skills and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability
- Valid Drivers License and insurable by company standards
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
