About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Triad1828 Centre. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the centre
• Support residents with activities of daily living
• Participate in team meetings to discuss resident progress and plan interventions
• Document resident interactions and progress in the electronic health record system

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a difference in people's lives

Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of disability-specific terminology and best practices
