POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Operations Specialist supports operational performance across a portfolio of communities. Key responsibilities include:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Specific Education or Experience
- Minimum one (1) year of multifamily housing experience
- Experience in leasing, occupancy management, resident services, property operations, or affordable housing
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Two (2) or more years of multifamily housing experience preferred
- Affordable housing experience including LIHTC, HUD, HOME, Section 8, or layered financing programs preferred
- Experience supporting or completing recertifications preferred
- Previous experience supporting multiple communities or serving in a regional, floating, or interim support role preferred
- Proven success driving occupancy growth, leasing performance, or operational improvement initiatives preferred
- Experience supporting lease-ups, stabilization efforts, onboarding, or turnaround projects preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls
- Sometimes required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- The temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent travel required based on business needs, up to 75-100%
- Overnight and multi-day travel assignments may be required
