Overview

PBS Facility Service is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multi-site operations in the DMV market. This role involves managing residential and commercial properties, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

What You Will Do

  • Operations & Quality: Manage daily operations, conduct service audits, and ensure adherence to PBS standards. Handle incident reports and maintain operational documentation.

  • Staff Leadership & Workforce Management: Directly supervise staff, develop staffing schedules, monitor attendance, and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, and clients, and handle client issues directly.

  • Security & Engineering Oversight: Oversee security operations, coordinate with engineering staff, and ensure compliance with PBS standards.

  • Compliance, Reporting & Supply Oversight: Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain documentation, provide operational updates, and oversee supply inventory.

  • Field & Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and urgent client escalations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What It Takes to Be Successful

  • Background in multi-site operations, preferably in facility services, residential property management, or a related field.

  • Experience managing security teams or working with building engineering staff.

  • Strong leadership skills, ability to hold people accountable, and maintain a positive team environment.

  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to give direct feedback and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Familiarity with scheduling software, HR platforms, and reporting tools.

  • Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to field emergencies.
