About the Role
The Regional Operations Manager oversees all aspects of installation and operations in the Mid-Atlantic region, covering Western Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This position requires regular regional travel up to 25 weeks per year and involves managing multiple locations, ensuring job profitability, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day operations management of multiple locations.
- Job and project management using an in-house CRM system.
- Oversee implementation of the customer satisfaction process.
- Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, and P&L.
- Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs.
- Oversee performance of teams and train them on proper procedures.
- Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors.
- Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all company products.
- Oversee and perform measures, breakouts, and order materials as needed.
- Ensure safety standards are reviewed and implemented.
- Meet with customers to review difficult or complicated jobs or resolve service problems.
- Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule.
- Oversee permitting, subcontractor management, and project scheduling.
- Plan and meet revenue/profitability targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Hire and train installation teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry.
- P&L responsibility preferred.
- Experience in team building and management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills.
- Experience dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors.
- Competency in technology; experience with MS Excel a plus.
- Must be able to travel (drive) to all locations regularly.

Pay
$80K - $85K base salary plus performance bonus (top regional operations managers earn $150K+ in their first year).
