Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of field installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.
• Absess installation requirements to guarantee the right staff, tools, and equipment are in place for success.
• Oversee ECAM’s fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained, inspected, and compliant with all regulations.
• Collaborate with the monitoring center and third-party vendors to resolve on-site hardware and software challenges swiftly.
• Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier technicians across the region.
• Prioritize and coordinate projects to maximize team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, setting clear expectations and evaluating performance.
• Deliver engaging training programs on ECAM processes, products, service standards, health & safety, and certifications.
• Prioritize and coordinate projects to maximize team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver clear, actionable updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of experience relating to the above-described duties
