About the role
This position requires regular regional travel to all markets up to 25 weeks per year. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the Installation and Operations in the GREAT PLAINS region, which covers the WISCONSIN, ILLINOIS, MISSOURI & NEBRASKA markets.
Responsibilities
- Day to day Operations Management of multiple locations
- Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system
- Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process
- Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc.
- Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs
- Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures
- Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors
- Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products
- Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly
- Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented
- Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems
- Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry
- P&L responsibility preferred
- Experienced in team building and management preferred
- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Must be process oriented
- Excellent customer relations and problem solving skills are required
- Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors
- Must be competent in the use of technology; experience with MS Excel a plus
- Must be able to travel (drive) to the all locations regularly
Qualifications
- Highly considered candidates must have operations and installation management experience in the residential home improvement industry

- Technology competency, especially with MS Excel

Pay
The successful candidate will earn a generous base salary plus bonus/variable compensation.
