About the role

We are seeking an inspiring and motivated leader to oversee approximately 10 dialysis centers, 200 teammates, and provide oversight of operations with complete accountability for approximately $30-$50MM P&L.

Responsibilities

Create a team powerhouse by inspiring direct reports to join you in ensuring quality and compliant patient care.
Address top growth priorities, patient census, and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions.
Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities.
Meet labor budget, review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and procedures proactively; identify issues and implement solutions.
Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, and labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes within the assigned division facilities.
Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition; proactively assess related SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats).
Lead a growing, socially responsible business that strives to be the role model for American healthcare.

Requirements

Demonstrated success in leading a multi-site operational business.
Experience identifying and committed to growth in your territory.
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
Available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight).

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
