About the role

Lead Regional Procurement Operations
Drive procurement performance, accountability and capability development.
Act as the primary procurement representative for the region.
Support business leaders in prioritizing procurement activities and initiatives. Secure Supply Continuity
Ensure uninterrupted supply of goods and services critical to operations.
Coordinate procurement activities across Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
Manage procurement priorities and resources across the region.
Resolve supply challenges and support business continuity.
Strengthen Procurement Governance
Ensure external spend is managed through approved procurement channels.
Improve compliance with procurement policies, contracts and supplier agreements.
Increase purchase order compliance and purchasing transparency.
Drive behavioral change towards stronger procurement discipline.
Deliver Commercial Value
Lead tactical sourcing and supplier negotiations.
Drive supplier consolidation and standardization opportunities.
Manage supplier performance and delivery reliability.
Identify and deliver savings opportunities across categories and locations.
Support Transformation and Digitalization
Promote adoption of procurement systems, automation and digital tools.
Support standardization of materials and services across sites.
Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives across DAT-Schaub.
Champion continuous improvement and best practice sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience within Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain.
  • Leadership experience managing procurement teams.
  • Experience within manufacturing, food production or industrial environments is an advantage.
  • Proven track record delivering commercial results, supplier improvements and cost savings.
  • Experience working in multi-site and multi-country organizations.

Pay

Salary Range: USD 130,000 – 151,000 annually

Schedule

Travel within the region will be required.
