Regional Office Manager

What You’ll Do
- Office & Group Leadership
- Lead Office operations, set priorities, and assign staff to projects.
- Champion project delivery and contracting processes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team and across offices and departments to achieve performance goals and work-sharing opportunities.
- Partner with regional leadership to develop growth strategies, including strategic hires and acquisitions.
- Talent Recruitment and Development
- Assess staffing needs and lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and career development.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Client Engagement & Business Development
- Drive marketing and pursuit efforts to expand office visibility and client base.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted liaison throughout project pursuit and delivery.
- Lead proposal development and presentations for project pursuits and industry engagements.
- Negotiate scopes and contracts to align with client expectations and business objectives.
- Project Management & Technical Leadership
- Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Cookordinate resources, establish priorities, and manage work schedules across teams.
- Provide strategic input throughout the project lifecycle—from project pursuit through construction.
- Perform and supervise technical tasks including design, QA/QC, and documentation.
- Implement and monitor Alliant’s Quality Management Plan and professional standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Education & Licensure
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Utah.
- Experience
- 20+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
- Minimum 10 years in a leadership role within the Salt Lake City regional market.
- Licenses & Certifications
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Utah.
