We are seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing who is looking for the next step in their career! Legacy Healthcare has an opportunity for a Regional Nurse Consultant in the State of South Dakota. This is a great opportunity for an experienced DON to grow into a regional role. The Regional Nurse Consultant position requires residency in the State of South Dakota and could potentially be 90-100% extensive travel throughout the State of South Dakota, including short notice travel, depending on surveys. The Regional Nurse Consultant provides clinical leadership, regulatory oversight, and operational support to multiple long-term care facilities. This position partners with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to promote regulatory compliance, improve clinical quality outcomes, and ensure the delivery of safe, resident-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine onsite facility visits to assess clinical operations, identify risks, and provide coaching and support.
