Responsibilities
- Lead the integration and coordination of healthcare delivery systems for PACE participants
- Oversee clinical aspects of utilization and case management, targeting senior care
- Facilitate efficient use of resources for eligible PACE participants
- Develop policies to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and meet reporting standards
- Serve as a representative for the company at regulatory agencies and national associations
- Communicate complex clinical materials effectively to motivate and guide teams
Qualifications
- Licensed physician with a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in medical management, ideally in managed care
- Proficient in working with Medi-Cal, Medicare, and knowledge of geriatric patient care
- Familiarity with diagnostic reporting and Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding is essential
- Current BLS certification or higher from a recognized provider
