About the role
Prologis is seeking a proactive Regional Marketing Specialist to support the execution of regional marketing initiatives across the West Region. Reporting into the Americas Marketing organization, this role is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that owns the strategy, brand narrative, planning, and goals for the Americas. You will act as a key partner to the Regional Marketing Manager, translating regional strategy into action through strong execution, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on support of development, broker, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused, with the ability to keep multiple projects moving forward in a fast-paced, matrixed, multi-market environment.
Responsibilities
- Supports initiatives as defined by West Regional Marketing Manager across Operations, Capital Deployment, Development, Essentials, and market teams.
- Cross-collaborates with Regional Marketing Manager and Leadership team to collect data and content to support regional newsletter and internal communications via marketing automation tools.
- Supports market-level Leasing & Marketing Coordinators in the West Region and acts as a link between Regional Marketing strategy and market-level Marketing Strategy.
- Provides regional design support, creating and customizing marketing collateral for sales enablement, product, social, and event initiatives across all regional sales teams.
- Partners with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and market-level stakeholders to support regional campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Supports execution of regional brand initiatives, product positioning/campaigns, and customer experience marketing (e.g., customer events, gifts, and targeted marketing plans).
- Partners with market-level teams to support property marketing initiatives, developments, and BTS marketing efforts by coordinating go-to-market materials, timelines, launches, broker, and customer-facing assets (collateral, campaigns, events).
- Supports planning and execution of regional digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, property campaigns, paid media support, and social media.
- Runs digital marketing processes such as content creation and development for Digital Property Marketing (DPM) initiatives.
- Assists in reporting and tracking of digital performance metrics to inform future regional strategies and marketing recaps.
- Collaborates with peers across markets to support brand awareness for Prologis within individual markets through local events, sponsorships, and regional initiatives.
- Handles overall administration of the department including invoices, approvals, and business expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of marketing and communications experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with experience working cross-functionally with various teams and departments.
- Proficiency with a wide range of marketing & communications activities with a focus on digital marketing tools.
- Entry-level skills of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity supporting development, real estate, or complex product marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
- Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.

Pay
Hiring salary range: $73,600 - $98,000. Salary to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Schedule
In-office expectations of three days per week, subject to change.
