About the Role

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team in any of our Florida offices. This position is hybrid, with team members encouraged to be in the office on average 3 days a week for in-person collaboration.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Lead, the Regional Marketing Specialist helps oversee marketing programs that drive awareness and lead generation in support of the regional marketing plan. The role involves project coordination, campaign execution, and building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing regional marketing plans, campaigns, and reporting
• Coordinate events and projects across offices
• Track performance to marketing budgets and expenses
• Support brand-building and lead-generation initiatives
• Maintain client data and support account-based marketing programs
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, associations, and organizations
• Support social media and thought leadership efforts
• Collaborate with events teams for logistics and execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional services marketing experience, preferably within accounting, legal, engineering, or a similar B2B environment
• Undergraduate degree with a focus in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, particularly in a hybrid or remote environment
• Strong project execution and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver against multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop effective social media copy
• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
• Comfortable interfacing with partner-level professionals and building strong internal relationships
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity working with CRM platforms and marketing tools (e.g., email marketing, project management systems)
• Experience or familiarity with event planning processes is considered a plus
• AI proficiency is a plus
