About the role

CohnReznick is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team in any of our Florida offices. This position is hybrid, with team members expected to be in the office on average 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in executing regional marketing plans, campaigns, and reporting
  • Coordinate events and projects across offices
  • Track performance to marketing budgets and expenses
  • Support brand-building and lead generation initiatives
  • Maintain client data and support account-based marketing programs
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, associations, and organizations
  • Support social media and thought leadership efforts
  • Collaborate with events teams for logistics and execution

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional services marketing experience, preferably within accounting, legal, engineering, or a similar B2B environment
  • Undergraduate degree with a focus in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, particularly in a hybrid or remote environment
  • Strong project execution and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver against multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop effective social media copy
  • Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
  • Comfortable interfacing with partner-level professionals and building strong internal relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity working with CRM platforms and marketing tools (e.g., email marketing, project management systems)
  • Experience or familiarity with event planning processes is considered a plus
  • AI proficiency is a big plus
