About the role
CohnReznick is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team in any of our Florida offices. This position is hybrid, with team members expected to be in the office on average 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Aid in executing regional marketing plans, campaigns, and reporting
- Coordinate events and projects across offices
- Track performance to marketing budgets and expenses
- Support brand-building and lead generation initiatives
- Maintain client data and support account-based marketing programs
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Sustain social media and thought leadership efforts
- Collaborate with events teams for logistics and execution
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional services marketing experience, preferably within accounting, legal, engineering, or a similar B2B environment
- Undergraduate degree with a focus in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, particularly in a hybrid or remote environment
- Strong project execution and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver against multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop effective social media copy
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
- Comfortable interfacing with partner-level professionals and building strong internal relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity working with CRM platforms and marketing tools (e.g., email marketing, project management systems)
- Experience or familiarity with event planning processes is considered a plus
- AI proficiency is a big plus
