Regional Marketing Leader - Tampa

About the role:

Perry Homes is expanding into Florida and is seeking a Regional Marketing Leader to drive sales and brand visibility in the residential construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the residential construction or real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
• Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategic decision-making
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI on investments
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual representation across all channels

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the residential construction or real estate industry
• Florida Real Estate Broker License holder preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies
