This is a rare hybrid role for someone who can run a tight portfolio and lead construction and renovation projects from the ground up. You'll work side by side with our COO and CEO, serving as a trusted representative of leadership — taking ownership of projects, solving problems independently, and keeping the big picture on track. Portfolio Operations & Leadership Own the day-to-day performance of a multi-property portfolio — operations, budgets, resultsConduct regular property visits and inspections to uphold operational standardsReview property performance and roll out action plans to drive improvementEnsure compliance with company policy and applicable laws across the portfolioUse OneSite and BlueMoon to track performance, compliance, and reporting accuracy Construction & Project Management Lead renovation, capital improvement, and new construction projects start to finishPartner with contractors, architects, and vendors to keep projects on time and on budgetReview bids, proposals, scopes of work, and project costsConduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work meets company standards for quality and safetyServe as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, keeping them moving and on track Executive Support & Decision Making Step in as a trusted voice for the COO, CEO, and senior leadership, making smart calls on their behalfBring solutions and recommendations to leadership — not just problemsProvide regular updates on project status, budgets, risks, and operational issuesKeep communication flowing between leadership, property teams, contractors, and vendors Financial Management & Leasing Develop and manage annual operating budgets across the portfolioMonitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and delinquency trendsReview and approve capital expenditures and major operational costs within your authorityPush occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention forwardSupport marketing initiatives that drive traffic and leases Team & Resident Experience Recruit, train, and mentor Community Managers and on-site teamsConduct performance evaluations and coach for professional growthFoster a positive, accountable, results-driven cultureSupport on-site teams in resolving resident concerns and protecting community reputation What You Bring 5+ years as a Regional Manager or senior multi-family property leaderReal construction or project management chops — renovations, capital projects, or new buildsA track record of working closely with executives and senior decision-makersFluency in OneSite and BlueMoon, including reporting, compliance, and lease administrationA sharp eye for budgets, financial reporting, and construction processesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsComfort managing multiple projects and priorities at onceWillingness to travel regularly between properties and project sitesBilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus What We Offer Competitive salaryMileage reimbursementPaid time off and holidaysHealth, dental, and vision coverageA real path for career growth as we expand our portfolio If you're ready to lead, build, and grow with us — we'd love to hear from you.
