Regional Manager, Living Options & Services

About the role

The Regional Manager, Living Options & Services facilitates and manages the operations of assigned group homes and other living arrangements for people with disabilities. This role leads a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure the development of quality, individualized living services that maximize choice, person-centered thinking, and inclusive opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and manages assigned team members
• Plans and supports persons served
• Ensures quality of services
• Partners across the organization to align and transform services to Fello's strategic vision, DDA waiver guidelines, and CMS Community Setting Rule

Requirements

• Five or more years supporting people with disabilities, including three or more years managing DSPs
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams
• Good judgment under pressure
• Professional communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and related technology tools
• A high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, and a Master's degree in social work, education, or a related field is a plus
• A valid Maryland Driver's License with no egregious violations

Schedule

Flexible schedule to support 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation, including regular and frequent night and weekend hours

• Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday with varying hours
• Eligible for periodic telework
