Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strong regional plans with cross-functional support
- Be a go-to scientific and patient care resource for stakeholders in assigned region
- Collaborate with health system partners, HCPs, and patient advocacy groups to support best-in-class oncology care
- Establish superior working relationships with key opinion leaders in assigned region
- Train and educate HCPs on the proper use of the company’s heme-oncology products
- Promote company’s products through value-add interactions with targeted HCPs to achieve sales goals
- Embrace innovative ways of working to accomplish challenging objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Experience in hematology or oncology required, with specific knowledge in malignant hematology market preferred
- Strong science acumen through regular attendance at medical conferences and personal reading
- Highly skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and interfacing with key stakeholders
- Must be results-oriented, strategic, and solution-oriented
