Regional Manager - Climate Control

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Manager - Climate Control to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a operationally complex logistics environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $124,677 – $171,430 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop actionable plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
• Analyze Profit and Loss Reports to adjust operational strategies
• Create a regional organizational structure to meet customer needs
• Guide Store Managers in maximizing profitability through effective pricing and service strategies
• Collaborate with management to adapt programs to business changes
• Design and implement operational plans for sales-driven excellence
• Lead the sales function including forecasting and workforce development
• Ensure customers receive exceptional service and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience managing at the district level plus 2 years of sales experience
• Extensive knowledge of product lines, specifications, and technical design
• Proven ability to drive results aligned with company values
• Demonstrated expertise in profit and loss accountability
• Strong leadership, motivational, and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
