About the role
The purpose of this position is to recruit prospective students and to promote Texas State in the Central Texas area.
Responsibilities
- Hiring and training of staff
- Regular individual and team meetings
- Oversight of recruitment activities for the Central Texas team
- Continuous mentoring and support for staff
- Visits to high schools and community colleges
- Presentations, admissions events, and communication with students, parents, and counselors
Requirements
- At least three years of professional college admissions experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
