Responsibilities
- Lead and support Branch Managers in achieving operational, financial, and customer service goals.
- Drive business development and growth initiatives throughout the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
- Monitor branch performance and implement action plans to achieve regional objectives.
- Establish and promote best practices, policies, and procedures across the region.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure required training is completed by self and direct reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of landscape, green industry, or related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a multi-location environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned region.
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as needed.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to safely access active job sites and navigate uneven terrain.
