Position Overview
Serengeti Care is seeking a Regional Manager to lead operations, growth, and compliance across multiple home care branch locations. This role ensures branches run efficiently, deliver high-quality care, and meet company, state, and federal standards while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations and performance for multiple branches in your region.
- Achieve business goals and revenue targets; identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
- Recruit, develop, and coach Client Care Managers and regional staff.
- Serve as the escalation point for high-level client concerns and ensure service excellence.
- Partner with leadership on market analysis, expansion, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
- Minimum 5 years in long-term care, plus 3 years in home care or similar industry leadership.
- At least 3 years supervising 5+ direct reports.
- Proven success in operations, team leadership, compliance, and client service.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; comfort learning new systems.
Benefits
- Annual salary: $90,000–$95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Full-time, exempt role; primarily Monday–Friday with occasional overtime based on organizational needs.
- Regular travel to branch locations within the region required; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance needed.
- Must be able to pass background check and fingerprinting.
Pay Range
Annual salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year
