Regional Manager

About the role

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multiple urgent care clinics in Mobile, AL, Brewton, AL, Monroeville, AL, Milton, FL, and Pensacola, FL. The role offers tools and development experiences to help lead clinics, 6–8 weeks of structured onboarding, and the opportunity to grow into multi-site clinic management roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies
• Lead clinic staff (MAs, NPs, PAs), coordinate schedules, and monitor staffing needs
• Manage inventory, hiring, coaching, and patient experience
• Be the on-site leader ensuring clinic success 7 days a week
• Drive clinic culture, foster accountability, and lead with presence and purpose

Requirements

• A Registered Nurse (RN) with management experience
• A Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with leadership experience or strong interest in operations/administration
• A person with a Masters Degree, experience in healthcare administration, or experience in multi-site management
• Someone capable of traveling frequently between clinics in the designated areas
• Someone able to step in on a moment's notice to support operations
• Someone capable of driving culture, accountability, and being a true leader

Benefits

• Signing Bonus: $4,000 (paid in two parts)

Schedule

• The clinics operate 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, Monday to Friday, and up to 12 hours on Saturdays and Sundays
• You may be expected to be available to take calls during these operating hours
• You will need to be prepared and be available as needed during operating clinic hours to promote the success of your clinics
• You will be required to travel from clinic to clinic and spend significant time at each clinic to ensure your success
