The Swiss chocolate manufacturer Läderach is seeking a Regional Manager for its Midwest area based in Dallas, TX. Reporting to the President of Laderach North America, this role involves setting and achieving sales goals, monitoring operational costs, supporting store managers with business matters, and ensuring compliance with company regulations.

Läderach is known for its high-quality fresh chocolates and innovative product development. The company operates 200+ chocolateries in 21 countries, offering customers unique experiences with fresh chocolate.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and profit targets
- Maintain budget reports and monitor operational costs
- Liaise with store managers to oversee daily operations
- Support store managers with sales strategies, staff training, and personnel matters
- Evaluate store performance and ensure adherence to company standards
- Prepare and review annual budgets and optimize operations
- Manage escalated customer issues and legal actions
- Ensure compliance with Läderach standards and procedures
Requirements
- At least 3 years of multi-unit management and leadership experience
- Preferred degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Strong conceptual approach, strategic planning, and implementation skills
- In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions (Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, HR)
- Proven experience managing large budgets and sales goals
- Ability to travel 70-80% of the time
- Ability to commute between stores with flexibility

- Valid drivers' license
