About the role

Responsible for overseeing cleaning operations in a regional area, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning activities to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage during peak hours.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and restocked.
• Collaborate with local authorities to comply with environmental regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
• Proven ability to manage teams and meet performance targets.
• Strong understanding of environmental health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Schedule
