Regional Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops or expands corporate and facility programs
• Maintains facility operations including budget compliance, clinical services, and regulatory compliance
• Hires, develops, and retains high-performance teams through training, coaching, and accountability
• Fills in for vacant shifts and is available on-call
• Identifies opportunities and implements action plans to address potential issues
• Solves problems with strong problem-solving skills, taking ownership and acting with urgency
• Ensures facilities are in good working order and complies with corporate directives
• Leads the operational team and oversees employee relations
• Develops policies and procedures for facilities and represents the corporation and facilities at meetings
• Maintains budget and regulatory compliance and recruits, hires, and coaches staff
• Oversees employee relations and resolves staff conflicts

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 or more years of operations in the Health Care industry
• 2 or more years of experience managing HFA/AFC licensed communities
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the workweek
• Strong computer skills
