Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of all maintenance activities across multiple properties within the regions.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
• Leading, training, and mentoring on-site maintenance teams.
• Promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Assisting with preventive maintenance programs.
• Providing hands-on support for complex maintenance issues.
• Maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
• Assisting with preparation and monitoring of property budgets.

General Requirements

• At least 5 years of residential maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification or higher.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency of building maintenance principles.
• Advanced knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance.
• Builds trust and communicates effectively within the property, across company departments, and in the community.
• Adheres to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).

Schedule

Full-time hours, including weekends as needed.
