This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of learning professionals, promoting a culture of quality
- Ensure training compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions with leadership
- Oversee design and delivery of blended learning programs
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and enhance training quality
- Develop and track KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in related field
- Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required
- 10+ years in learning and development, with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven experience in regulated environments with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations and cGMP requirements
- Strong business acumen; ability to align learning and demonstrate ROI
- Superior communication skills influencing all organization levels
Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
