As a Regional IS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional IT support, managing hardware and software deployments, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless technology services across various locations. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of client service, particularly for VIP and executive users, and support ongoing IT projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Overview:This Onsite position offers the chance to provide white glove IT support for a diverse user base, including VIPs and remote locations. You'll be instrumental in troubleshooting hardware and network issues, deploying equipment, managing mobile devices, and supporting internal applications. Your efforts will ensure smooth IT operations and elevate user experience through proactive support, knowledge transfer, and detailed documentation. Required Skills:Expertise in white glove support and high-touch customer serviceProximity to the onsite location in Coppell, TXService desk and technical troubleshooting skillsHardware and software support (including imaging and deployment)Mobile device management (MDM) and support for iOS devicesActive Directory management and internal application supportAbility to troubleshoot network, remote access, and endpoint device issuesStrong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities Nice to Have Skills:Experience coordinating with wireless carriers and supporting smartphonesSupport for VIP and executive users’ IT needsFamiliarity with provisioning, imaging, and endpoint management toolsBackground in backend support for enterprise applications Preferred Education and Experience:Prior experience in a support or coordination role, ideally in an enterprise or corporate environment Other Requirements:This is an onsite role located at our client's facility in Coppell, TX.Candidates should be prepared to support high-level VIP and executive needs, with proficiency in managing sensitive and priority cases.A proactive attitude for knowledge sharing and mentoring is highly valued.
