Join a dynamic team supporting regional IT operations through this 12-month contract opportunity in Coppell, TX. As a Regional IS Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional IT support, manage hardware and software deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless technology services across multiple locations. This role involves high-touch support for VIP and executive users, as well as contributing to ongoing IT projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove IT support for a diverse user base, including VIPs and remote locations
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and endpoint device issues
- Deploy and manage hardware and software, including imaging and mobile device management (MDM)
- Support internal applications and Active Directory management
- Ensure seamless remote access and network connectivity
- Maintain detailed documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Coordinate with wireless carriers and support smartphone devices (iOS)
- Address sensitive and priority cases for executive users
Requirements
- Expertise in white-glove support and high-touch customer service
- Proximity to the onsite location in Coppell, TX
- Strong service desk and technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hardware/software support, including imaging and deployment
- Proficiency in mobile device management (MDM) and iOS support
- Active Directory management and internal application support
- Ability to troubleshoot network, remote access, and endpoint issues
- Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating with wireless carriers and supporting smartphones
- Prior support for VIP/executive IT needs
- Familiarity with provisioning, imaging, and endpoint management tools
- Background in backend support for enterprise applications
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a support or coordination role, ideally in an enterprise or corporate environment
