General Description
The Industrial Sales Representative maintains an expert level of product knowledge & applications in order to resolve customer issues. As the Industrial Sales Representative, you will provide support throughout the organization between sales staff, outside parties, operations and headquarters.
- Collaborate with existing managers & reps to support new & existing customers to increase customer business.
- Generates & processes new sales leads as necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction of products & services.
- Troubleshoot prospective and current customer base lubricant opportunities.
- Deals with customer complaints & resolves issues as necessary.
- Provide ongoing support, including lubrication education, to sales team as well as customers.
- Provide oil analysis interpretation for both internal & external customers.
- Work with sales for planning, forecasting and taking care of customer needs.
- Manage and implement change to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain customer relations.
- Gather data from other departments to help ensure communication throughout sales organization.
- Create and provide plant lubrication surveys.
