Regional Hybrid BCBA

About the role

This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide a combination of in-person clinical support to BlueSprig's Cincinnati center as well as telehealth clinical support to other BlueSprig centers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.

Skills

• Skilled in clinical judgment and delivery of high-quality care.
• Experience in providing in-person and telehealth clinical support.
• Ability to design treatment plans based on client needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
