Regional HR Director

About the role

The Regional Human Resources Director supports the Central West Indiana Region of American Senior Communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, support, and deliver human resources functions including general HR support, talent management, leadership onboarding & orientation, management training, employee engagement & retention, employee relations, compensation, safety, labor management, human resources related policies and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• Minimum two to three years’ experience in employee relations and human resources process management.
• Must have experience working in healthcare HR services.
• Requires extensive traveling throughout North Central Indiana and must be able to travel between buildings and some overnight stays may be required.
