Regional Group Fitness Manager

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the district group fitness team with clear vision.
• Ensure effective recruiting, training, and development practices to build high-performing group fitness teams.
• Foster a culture of ongoing professional development.
• Develop and implement efficient group fitness strategies, including staffing, scheduling, and class size optimization, while leveraging industry trends.
• Align group fitness objectives with overall business goals through close collaboration with senior management.
• Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Remain informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain effective safety measures and reporting to minimize incidents and injuries for the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit experience, demonstrating successful oversight of multiple locations within the fitness industry or a similar field.
• Nationally accredited Group Exercise Certification
• Group Fitness Certification, Specialty Certification, CPR Cert.
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Minimum of 10 years Customer Service
• Strong understanding of operation processes, customer relationship management, and market dynamics
• Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with senior management and cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written
• Relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions
• Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and training
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a fun and approachable personality that builds strong relationships
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Demonstrates excellent time management skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities, and maintains proficiency in meticulous record-keeping
• Identifying and resolving challenges through effective problem-solving techniques

Pay And Benefits

Salary Pay Range: $80,000—$80,000 USD
