Regional General Manager

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual sales and profit forecasts aligned with corporate objectives
• Create operating budgets for factory district sales and service operations
• Collaborate with Rep organizations to achieve sales objectives
• Monitor Rep performance, ensuring balanced product line sales and market share growth
• Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence in sales, service, and parts
• Lead factory sales and service leadership in executing their business plans
• Coordinate relationships between Reps and sales/service organizations for customer-facing consistency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 12+ years of relevant leadership experience in HVAC equipment sales, service, or related industries
• 8+ years of people leadership experience
• Proven leadership with a track record of organizational success and trust-building
• Full P&L management background, balancing strategy, operations, and financial performance
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time

Pay

$162,500 – $285,800 annually
