Regional Fundraising Specialists

Role Overview

Regional Fundraising Specialists will lead and manage fundraising initiatives within their assigned region, build strong donor and community relationships, and represent the organization at events, conventions, and community engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional fundraising campaigns and events
• Cultivate and steward donor, sponsor, and partner relationships
• Represent the organization at regional and national events
• Coordinate with leadership to align fundraising goals with humanitarian programs
• Track fundraising performance and donor engagement

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, development, or donor engagement
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a national team
• High ethical standards and commitment to humanitarian values
• Willingness to travel within the region and work flexible hours as needed
• Experience working with community organizations and Islamic institutions is a strong plus
