Regional Foreign Trade Logistics Coordinator, ITS

About the role

The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator is a key role for an enthusiastic team player who is independent and moves tasks to completion. Strong organizational skills, the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities, and strong multitasking skills are essential. The role focuses on achieving, improving, and exceeding business requirements for targeted customer service levels while directing carriers, 3rd Party Logistics providers, and Customs Brokers within the country and/or region. The individual will work internally and externally to fulfill international orders and distribute customer/dealer orders, requiring a strong customer-focused mindset and the ability to work across functional boundaries while driving change.

Responsibilities

• Prepare import documentation to release materials from Customs and other government agencies, as well as export documentation (commercial invoices, bills of lading, etc.).
• Daily follow-up with sources regarding all open POs to check material availability at the warehouse; share information with Sales and Planning.
• Coordinate with the source of supply to deliver products on time.
• Prepare reports for Accounts Payable each month to pay suppliers.
• Generate POs into the SAP system to pay providers.
• Track inbound shipments.
• Assist the Compliance Manager with validating HTS and other government agency requirements.
• Support new product launches, portfolio rationalizations, discontinuances, and source of supply changes.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouses to receive all imported materials.
• Report any damage to the source (defect tracking, freight claims).
• Perform inventory control with 3PL (quarantine, scrap, cycle counting, evaluate discrepancies, perform adjustments).
• Facilitate KPI performance with 3PL warehouses, carriers, and customs brokers monthly.
• Coordinate and support audits (internal and external) related to 3PL and Customs Broker.
• Analyze IVA (Inventory Valuation Adjustments) materials.
• Participate in the Morning Market to report issues.
• Participate in monthly cost analysis for warehouse operations and carriers.
