The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of software developers, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and delivery of software projects on time and within budget.
• Manage a team of software developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software management or leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading software development teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
