Position Summary

The Regional Fleet Specialist is responsible for driving accountability, promoting compliance with fleet policies, and ensuring timely resolution of exceptions through effective coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary escalation contact for fleet service concerns (e.g., fuel, maintenance, roadside assistance, registration), ensuring issues are routed appropriately to the FMC for resolution.
  • Partner with regional FMC associates to monitor service delivery and follow up on outstanding or exception cases.
  • Engage directly with field leaders and drivers to reinforce compliance with fleet policies and escalate non-compliance when necessary.
  • Track and report on exception trends, identifying opportunities for process improvement and proactive intervention.
  • Maintain and contribute to fleet knowledge resources to support education and awareness across the field.
  • Drive SLAs/KPIs to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, fleet operations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, change management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fleet operations or with field-based teams.
  • Familiarity with exception reporting and escalation workflows.
  • Understanding of fleet compliance standards and service coordination.

Location and Travel

  • Preferred location is Milwaukee, WI.
  • Minimal travel (1-2 times/quarter).
