Position Summary
The Regional Fleet Specialist is responsible for driving accountability, promoting compliance with fleet policies, and ensuring timely resolution of exceptions through effective coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary escalation contact for fleet service concerns (e.g., fuel, maintenance, roadside assistance, registration), ensuring issues are routed appropriately to the FMC for resolution.
- Partner with regional FMC associates to monitor service delivery and follow up on outstanding or exception cases.
- Engage directly with field leaders and drivers to reinforce compliance with fleet policies and escalate non-compliance when necessary.
- Track and report on exception trends, identifying opportunities for process improvement and proactive intervention.
- Maintain and contribute to fleet knowledge resources to support education and awareness across the field.
- Drive SLAs/KPIs to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, fleet operations, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, change management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in fleet operations or with field-based teams.
- Familiarity with exception reporting and escalation workflows.
- Understanding of fleet compliance standards and service coordination.

Location and Travel
- Preferred location is Milwaukee, WI.
