About the role
The Regional Finance Business Partner will be based in Culver City, CA. They will partner closely with Retail, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations leaders to improve profitability and operational efficiency, not just reporting numbers change, but also challenging assumptions, identifying root causes, and driving fact-based business decisions. They will prepare annual budgets, quarterly rolling forecasts, monthly business reviews, financial models, scenario planning, and profitability analysis, translating financial results into actionable business recommendations for both local leadership and headquarters.

What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance or Finance Business Partnering
- Experience supporting retail, consumer products or multi-site operations is highly preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
