Americans for Prosperity (AFP) is seeking a Regional Field Manager (Grassroots Engagement Director) to lead grassroots efforts in Great Falls. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to AFP's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in Great Falls
• Mobilize grassroots leaders to take action and drive policy reforms
• Organize events to engage the public through various methods
• Keep activists motivated, educated, and active
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors

Requirements

• Passion for people and ability to build relationships quickly
• Understanding of state and federal public policy landscapes
• Self-motivation and organization skills
• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, and/or political campaigns

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Flexible work schedule

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

$50,000 - $65,000 annually
