Regional Field Manager
The Civic Empowerment Coalition (CEC), founded in 1983, builds civic and political power in farm worker and rural communities. Rooted in the Farm Worker Movement, the CEC empowers rural communities of color and elevates the voices of farm workers through organizing, education, and advocacy. Our work helps individuals understand their rights, participate in the democratic process, and shape policies that impact their lives. As a sister organization of the United Farm Workers Union and the UFW Foundation, the CEC carries forward a long tradition of community organizing focused on justice, dignity, and equity for farm workers and rural communities.
