About the role
The Regional Fabrication Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations within the fabrication department, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in the fabrication department
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
- Manage team performance and development
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices and standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
