Regional Executive Chef, Northeast Region - Collegiate Hospitality
This position requires up to 75% travel.
About the role
The Regional Executive Chef provides culinary leadership, expertise, and vision for the Northeast region through process, direct regional, district, and account-specific relationships.
Responsibilities
- Train and support account chefs, kitchen teams, and senior leadership.
- Implement company-wide standards while allowing for local adaptation.
- Work with teams to plan and price menus.
- Ensure accurate safety and sanitation in kitchens.
- Coordinate special catering events and offer culinary instruction or demonstrate culinary techniques.
- Provide ongoing training to local chefs, ensuring they meet company culinary standards and can adapt to regional needs.
- Communicate consistently with Regional Culinary Director, Regional Executive Chef, and District Managers to identify needs and provide support.

Requirements
- 8+ years of industry and culinary management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lead in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with both teams and clients.
- Ability to multi-task and pivot based on account needs and situations.
- Previous experience with food and labor cost control, demonstration cooking, menu development and pricing, and development of culinary teams preferred.
- P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
- Ability to adapt to online systems and high proficiency in Microsoft 365.
